About Me

I’ve been practicing yoga and mat pilates for years, and I’ve tried countless dance styles such as ballroom dancing, hip-hop and salsa. I first came across reformer pilates in early 2023 and I found the perfect sport in it for me considering it’s a great addition to my love of dance, it stretches and strengthens at the same time and it offers a wide range of creative exercises. I completed my instructor training at STOTT pilates in October 2023 and have been teaching actively since February 2024. When not practicing sports, I love going out in nature for a hike, walking with loved ones, or sitting down with a good book/podcast.

My Teaching Style

My classes are all about helping you tune in, recharge, and feel amazing in your own body.

Expect a calm but energizing flow where precision meets good vibes – we focus on mindful movement that strengthens, lengthens, and resets both body and mind. I prefer building things up gradually so you can see and feel real changes in your posture, health, and mindset.

The atmosphere is open, relaxed, and supportive – you can always ask questions, laugh, and just be yourself while getting stronger with every session.

Inspirational Transformation

Many of my clients spend long hours at their desks and come in with tight shoulders or sore backs. My classes give them a chance to reset – to move, breathe, and switch off from the noise for a bit. With consistent practice, they start noticing real changes: better posture, more energy, and that boost of confidence that comes from feeling good in your own body.
