Intro-pack: Please note that in order to join our group classes, all new participants need to complete our Intro-pack (two private sessions plus one group). The Intro-pack is designed to teach you how to operate the reformer machine individually in a health and safety manner, as well as to review the Pilates principles and cover some of the most iconic reformer Pilates exercises to be able to join our group classes with full confidence. We reserve the right to cancel the registration to a class if the registered confirms he or she has no experience using a reformer machine or having done Pilates before.
