Intro-pack: Please note that in order to join our group classes, all new participants need to complete our Intro-pack (two private sessions plus one group). The Intro-pack is designed to teach how to operate the reformer machine individually in a health and safety manner, as well as to review the Pilates principles and cover some of the most iconic reformer Pilates exercises, to be able to join our group classes with full confidence. We reserve the right to cancel the registration to a class, if the registered confirms she or he has no prior experience using a reformer machine or having done Pilates. Pregnant ladies are not admitted to reformer group classes and therefore the Intro-pack is not applicable for pregnant clients. Pregnant clients can take part in private sessions or group pre-natal classes.
