General
What is the difference between private, semi-private, and group classes?
Private Pilates sessions are one-to-one with a certified instructor, giving you fully personalised attention. These sessions can take place on a variety of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel, depending on the studio location you choose (Buda or Pest).
Semi-Private (Duo) sessions include two participants per instructor. At the Buda studio, semi-private sessions can be mat-based or circuit-style using different Pilates apparatus. At the Pest studio, they are offered on the Reformer.
Group classes accommodate multiple participants: up to six for Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes, and up to eight for Barre classes.
Are mats and equipment provided, or should I bring my own?
All mats and Pilates equipment are provided by the studio. You just need to bring comfortable workout clothes, socks, a small towel, and a water bottle.
Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer trial classes for new clients?
We don’t offer trial classes, but you’re welcome to join us for a single group class or private session to experience our teaching style and studio atmosphere before committing to a pass.
