Meet The Founder

Joana Cervantes

Joana is a wife, mother, and Pilates instructor originally from Mexico. After years of working in corporate, Joana realized that this path was not for her and decided to make a career change into the wellbeing field, combining her passions for Pilates and nutrition.

In her early thirties, after experiencing a lower back injury and being diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes, she made major lifestyle changes that led her to discover Pilates and holistic nutrition. Pilates transformed her body and mind, inspiring her to make it a lifelong practice.

Joana is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with experience teaching private sessions and group classes. Becoming a mother deepened her passion for nutrition and mindful living, and ultimately led her to open two Pilates studios in the heart of Budapest.

She believes that achieving a healthy, balanced life starts with unlearning limiting beliefs and reshaping our mindset—something that goes beyond fad diets or fitness trends. By understanding what drives our choices and learning the basics of nutrition, whole foods, and movement, we gain the tools to make intuitive, lasting decisions for our well-being.
