About Me

Movement has been an essential part of my life since early childhood. Dance has always been my greatest source of joy — from jazz ballet to salsa — and it continues to inspire the way I move and teach today. Alongside dance, I discovered yoga and Pilates as powerful tools to strengthen both body and mind.

Driven by this passion, I completed a Barre Teacher Training in Amsterdam in 2019, a method that blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga into a dynamic, low-impact workout. After spending eight years living in Amsterdam, I’m excited to bring this energising and elegant movement practice to Budapest. Outside the studio, I love saunas, movies, spending time outdoors, and laughing — a lot.

My Teaching Style

My teaching style is mindful, focused, and easygoing. I use clear, simple cues to help you connect to your body and stay present during movement. Music is a big part of my classes — I carefully choose upbeat playlists that keep the energy high and help you move through even the tougher moments. Good technique and carefully curated playlists are at the heart of my classes. My goal is always to create injury-free sessions filled with great music and uplifting energy.

I like to sprinkle in elements from my dance background to make the flow feel smooth and graceful, while keeping everything accessible for all levels. We always finish with stretching and relaxation, so you leave the studio feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.

Inspirational Transformation

I am so happy to hear when a client shares that they have less pain in their joints, like their shoulders or hips. All this because of the gentle strength they gain from regular barre classes. I love seeing clients leave the studio happier and stronger compared to when they arrived, which is always the case.
