About Me
I discovered Pilates in 2008 and immediately fell in love with this form of movement, its depth in anatomy, and the biomechanics of the body. I’m fascinated by the therapeutic benefits that Pilates and yoga methods can give to our bodies. Pilates has also given me a strong foundation for every movement discipline I’ve been learning ever since, including my practice as a Thai yoga massage therapist. Amongst my hobbies and interests are reading, psychology, cooking, and traveling. I also have a love for surfing and spending time by the ocean. I go to music festivals in the summer where I love dancing and meeting new people from around the world.
My Teaching Style
Strength, agility, flexibility, and focus come together in my mindful Pilates practice. By linking breath with movement, we cultivate balance, tone, and inner calm. Many of us carry tension and fatigue without realizing it. My classes help you release that stress, reconnect with your body, and move with ease.
My approach is compassionate and personal. Together, we explore your body’s needs, restore balance, and build strength safely and mindfully. Every class is designed to leave you lighter, stronger, and more at peace.

Inspirational Transformation
When one of my clients came to me after surgery for a herniated disc and spinal fusion, he understood that recovery didn’t end in the operating room — it began there. Years of working behind a desk had left him stiff, weak, and cautious about movement. His surgeon advised him that without a consistent, safe exercise routine, more back pain and structural issues were likely.
We initiated a targeted program to rebuild mobility, strengthen his core, and restore confidence in his movement. Through regular sessions, we worked on stability, flexibility, and posture — always adapting the exercises as his body grew stronger. Today, his back pain is gone, and he moves with ease and assurance.
