About Me

I’m a certified Barre instructor with a deep love for mindful movement. For me, Barre isn’t just a workout; it’s a way to connect with my body, find balance, and release stress. I completed a 200-hour Barre instructor training at FitBarre in Argentina, with international recognition from YMCA Instituto Universitario, and I’m currently training to become a STOTT Mat Pilates instructor.

In early 2025, I also completed a Progressive Ballet Teacher Training to keep expanding my knowledge and blending techniques that make my classes colorful, dynamic, and challenging, engaging both body and mind so you stay fully present from start to finish.

I believe we never stop learning. I love exploring new trends and ideas, both here in Budapest and abroad, to keep bringing fresh energy and inspiration to my students.

Outside the studio, I’m always exploring something new. Lately, I’ve been refreshing my French, but it could be anything from a new hobby to a weekend adventure. I love variety and little surprises because they keep me inspired and full of energy, both in life and in my classes.

My Teaching Style

My classes bring together strength, flow, and awareness, where posture and alignment meet the energy of the beats. Each session is designed to challenge you in a kind, empowering way, leaving you feeling stronger, lighter, and as if you were floating on a cloud.

I curate playlists that bring power and good vibes, where the beats keep you moving and the energy builds from start to finish. You’ll move with intention, build strength and stability, and still find space to let go and enjoy the moment.

It’s an invitation to leave everything at the door and take an hour just for yourself. You might walk out a little tired, but always lighter, happier, and more connected than when you came in.

Inspirational Transformation

My students often tell me that if they skip a week, they notice tension or back pain—but when they attend regularly, it disappears. They feel stronger, more balanced, and notice real improvements in everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, and handling daily tasks. Even on challenging days, they leave class feeling lighter, happier, and fully present, carried by the energy, variety, and flow of each session.
