About Me

My journey into Pilates began after the birth of my two children as my abdominal wall had weakened, and was dealing with diastasis recti. It became clear that traditional forms of exercise were not always safe in this condition and could even worsen it. That’s when I started attending targeted postnatal training sessions. These classes combined different fitness approaches, yet their essence was very close to Pilates — and that was my first real encounter with the method.

As I progressed, I became increasingly interested in the structure and depth of the Pilates system. I completed the STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications and have continued to further my education ever since.

In my free time, I love reading, often exploring psychological topics — the human body and mind, inside and out, have always fascinated me. Music is also an essential part of my everyday life; I’ve always enjoyed listening to it, and in the past, I even sang. And when I truly have time, I love picking up my guitar again.

My Teaching Style

I focus on helping you understand how each movement works, rather than striving for perfection right away. My goal is for you to feel strong, confident, and connected to your body throughout the practice.

I emphasize spinal mobility and fluid, conscious movement. Through mindful guidance and small, steady progressions, I help you move safely toward the classical Pilates exercises.
My teaching is rooted in awareness, breathing, and inner focus.

I want you to discover a deeper connection with your body and mind, and to experience how Pilates can enhance not only your movement, but your overall quality of life.

Inspirational Transformation:

One of my male clients came to me with chronic lower back pain that made his everyday life difficult. We started working together, and within just a few weeks, his condition noticeably improved — eventually, the pain completely disappeared.

Of course, his dedication played a big role in this progress. The best part is that he not only got rid of his back pain, but also fell in love with Pilates, which has now become a regular part of his life.
