About Me
Movement has always been an important part of my life, from an early age I was actively involved in sports. During my university studies, competitive sports gradually moved into the background, and I began to feel that something was missing. I was looking for a form of exercise that would not only strengthen my body but also help me reconnect with it and counterbalance the challenges of modern lifestyle.
I started practicing Pilates as a hobby, which quickly grew into a deeper interest, and I became eager to understand not only the practice itself but also its professional foundations. This journey led me to complete the STOTT Pilates Mat training in 2026.
My Teaching Style
In my classes, I emphasize a precise, intentional approach, building each exercise step by step with awareness. My goal is to ensure that movement is not only effective but also safe and sustainable. I place great importance on understanding and applying the core Pilates principles, as these are the foundations that eventually become second nature and support long-term progress. I encourage mindful movement where every repetition has purpose, quality, and awareness behind it, while adapting to individual needs, allowing everyone to participate safely, confidently, and at their own pace.
I strive to create an environment where clients can recharge mentally as well as physically. Carefully curated playlists help support flow, and relaxation.

Inspirational Transformation
One of my greatest sources of pride is introducing Pilates to people who had never practiced it before—or who had never exercised regularly at all. Seeing someone discover the joy of movement, experience personal growth, and make Pilates a meaningful part of their everyday life is one of the most rewarding aspects of being an instructor.
