About
me

Movement has been an important part of my life since early childhood. Dancing is what remained a great source of my happiness until this day, especially jazz ballet and salsa. Next to this, I picked up yoga and pilates to strengthen my body and soul. With this passion in mind, I completed a barre teacher training in Amsterdam in 2019, which combines the basic elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. After eight years spent abroad, I am excited to spread this exciting fitness class in Budapest as well. Good technique and my playlist are the most important elements in my classes. My main goal is to make the session injury-free and to bring the best music to class for good vibes. In addition to exercise, I love art, movies, being in the outdoors, and laughing a lot.

Why I
practice?

The benefits of barre and other similar exercise forms are awesome when it comes to posture, joint and bone health, and muscle tone. Other than that, I was truly hooked, when I noticed the amazing effect it had on my mental health as well. For me, both physical and mental health are non-negotiable aspects in my life.

Why I
teach?

Simply put, I can’t imagine my life sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours a day. In barre, I found a wonderful combination of movement, teaching, and forming relationships with people. I love the idea of making our client’s days and health better with a class like this.
