me

I’m a Barre instructor with a deep love for mindful movement. For me, Barre isn’t just a workout; it’s a way to connect with my body, find balance, and relieve stress. I try to bring positive energy and fresh ideas to every class, helping everyone feel more present and connected. It’s about each person’s journey, improving and growing with every session. In my free time, I enjoy trying new things—recently, I discovered windsurfing and love it! I also like to travel, hike, and spend time with my loved ones.

Why I
practice?

I found Barre and enjoyed it so much that when I had the chance to become an instructor, I jumped at it. I appreciate how inclusive it is—anyone can participate, regardless of age or body type. It’s great to have fun while also getting healthier and stronger.

Why I
teach?

I love teaching Barre because it gives me the chance to help others forget everything, tune into the music, and be fully present as they move. It’s about connecting with your body, feeling stronger and healthier with every low-impact movement. There’s something uplifting in that process—letting go of stress and just enjoying the journey.
