About
me

I’ve been practicing yoga and mat pilates for years, and I’ve tried countless dance styles such as ballroom dancing, hip-hop and salsa. I first came across reformer pilates in early 2023 and I found the perfect sport in it for me considering it’s a perfect addition to my love of dance, it stretches and strengthens at the same time and it offers a wide range of creative exercises. I completed my instructor training at STOTT pilates in October 2023 and have been teaching actively since February 2024. When not practicing sports, I love going out to nature for a hike or walk with loved ones, or sit down with a good book/podcast.

Why I
practice?

In reformer pilates, I found an exercise regimen that combines deep muscle strengthening with mobilization, while building feminine, toned muscles. The exercises move the whole body and improve fitness, coordination and balance. It has improved my posture tremendously, along with giving me an elegant feel of being toned.

Why I
teach?

I wish to give the joy to others to feel in control of their body and mind. In my classes, precision is key. I also believe that less is more and with gradually built-up exercises you can develop dynamically. I welcome everyone with an open and relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to ask questions anytime.
