About me
Exercise has always played an important role in my life. As a young child, I was drawn to teamwork and collaboration, and later I delved into it for health and therapeutic purposes. In 2017, I started my studies in physiotherapy at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime, I also gained an aerobic trainer qualification.
I experienced the wonders of physiotherapy as a graduate physiotherapist, when I had the opportunity to hold people’s hands and help them on their journey of self-healing. Through regular exercise, people not only gain strength and confidence, but also a tool to contribute to their mental health. I am happy to contribute to this process!
Besides Pilates, I enjoy cycling, running or hiking, but if I’m not doing any of these, I’m definitely making sourdough bread or brewing kombucha tea.
Why I practice?
Mainly because I like to challenge my body and to stay healthy for a long time. New forms of exercise not only exercise the body but also the brain.
Why I teach?
I developed a passion for helping others at a very young age and I have been working with that passion ever since.
