Wife and mother, with a professional background in marketing. A series of events in my early thirties led me to make some radical lifestyle changes and that is when I decided to make a career shift. In 2013 I pursued my education in Stott Pilates as well as in Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College. Things that fill me up with joy are traveling, spending time with my family and friends, having deep conversations, practicing and teaching Pilates, wall climbing, eating my favorite foods (mexican or middle eastern), as well as drinking good coffee, last but not least, dancing or simply listening to my favorite electronic music artists.
It was thanks to a back injury that I discovered the Pilates method. Not only did I become pain free, but I started noticing visible changes in my body and my daily activity performance; better posture, stronger, better sleep, as well as becoming more mind-body aware.
I love sharing the wonders and my passion for this method to others. From sedentary to athletic backgrounds, all profiles of people can benefit from it. Seeing my client’s evolution and their quality of life improvements is extremely rewarding to witness.
