About
me

From the moment I could walk, I've always loved moving—dancing and stretching were second nature to me. My passion for movement deepened through studying various dance styles in Budapest and Austria, where I also discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates and Yoga. Personal experiences with dance-related injuries led me to explore physiotherapy. With a degree in Physiotherapy from the Netherlands and experience in clinical and Pilates work across Europe and the UK, I specialize in using movement to promote healing, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Additionally, I work as a motivational coach and holistic practitioner, joyfully dedicated to guiding my clients on their journey to holistic well-being.
Outside of work, I love hiking, singing, dancing, exploring new places and cultures, and immersing myself in a good book.

Why I
practice?

I enjoy Pilates for its ability to connect body, mind, and spirit. It offers a deep understanding of our bodies and helps me stay present in the moment. Pilates also provides an ideal balance between dancing and more rigorous activities.

Why I
teach?

I love teaching Pilates because it helps people connect with their bodies and minds, promotes
healing and injury prevention, and supports overall fitness. I believe in the transformative power of movement to boost confidence and enthusiasm. By recognizing each person’s unique needs, I tailor my teaching to help them achieve their goals, enhance their wellbeing, and, of course, have fun and joy along the way! 🙂
