Pilates Instructor
About Me
I am a BASI-certified Pilates instructor, trained through an intensive 600-hour comprehensive program that deeply shaped the way I understand movement, the body, and the Pilates method.
BASI’s philosophy — blending precision, flow, and respect for individual biomechanics — is at the heart of my teaching. It taught me to look at each client as a whole person, to move with intention, and to create classes that are both intelligent and empowering.
My Teaching Style
My teaching style is warm, inclusive, and supportive. I create a welcoming environment where every client, regardless of experience or ability, feels safe to explore their strength and potential. I prioritize clear communication and personalized guidance, helping each student understand proper alignment while encouraging them to listen to their bodies.
In my classes, I offer multi-layered sequences inspired by BASI’s principles of strength, stamina, stretch, and stability. I love blending challenges with flow — helping clients build deep strength, improve mobility, and develop a strong mind–body connection. Whether someone is seeking performance, or simply a moment to reconnect with themselves, my goal is to guide them through a session that feels transformative, uplifting, and grounded.
